Move Out Procedure for Tenants


       

        Please review the following information regarding the move-out procedure:


  1. Ensure that all outstanding payments for your chiller are settled.
  2. Coordinate with your unit owner to provide us with a No Objection Certificate (NOC) or email confirmation on utilities@nationwide.ae from their registered email address, specifying your exact move-out date.
  3. The final chiller bill will be generated based on the move-out date provided by the landlord, and clearance for move-out will be issued.
  4. Once the final bill is prepared, we will request your bank details to process the refund. Final clearance will then be sent to your registered email.
