Move Out Procedure for Tenants

Please review the following information regarding the move-out procedure:
- Ensure that all outstanding payments for your chiller are settled.
- Coordinate with your unit owner to provide us with a No Objection Certificate (NOC) or email confirmation on utilities@nationwide.ae from their registered email address, specifying your exact move-out date.
- The final chiller bill will be generated based on the move-out date provided by the landlord, and clearance for move-out will be issued.
- Once the final bill is prepared, we will request your bank details to process the refund. Final clearance will then be sent to your registered email.
